Imran Khan Closure Report

This Statement of Provisional Findings is issued in accordance with Section 9 and 9A of the Parliamentary Standards Act 2009 and the Fourth Edition of the Procedures for Investigations by the Compliance Officer for IPSA.

On 13 June 2022, following a referral from the Chief Executive Officer of IPSA, the Compliance Officer opened an investigation into claims submitted by Imran Ahmad Khan who was, the MP for Wakefield, at the time.

The scope of the investigation was to consider bought-in service providers commissioned by Mr Khan to assist him in his role as an MP.
